SUFAZ Mall operates this website. For privacy questions and requests, contact nasirpkzon@gmail.com. This policy describes the information handled by this store, including features that will apply when direct checkout is enabled.

Information we handle

• When you browse, our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
• When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send.
• When direct checkout is enabled and you place an order, we collect the items ordered, amount, order status, email address, destination country, and payment session reference. Our payment provider handles card entry; the store does not store your card number.
• Search terms and cart contents are used in your current browser session to show results and calculate your cart; they are not submitted to us unless you start checkout.

Seller accounts

When you register as a seller, Supabase processes your email address and password for authentication, confirmation emails and account recovery. SUFAZ Mall stores your contact name, store name, phone number, country, business address, account status and listings to review your application and operate your seller account. Business contact details are available to the store owner for account administration. Product information you mark available may be shown publicly after approval.

How we use information

We use it to operate and secure the store, answer your messages, process and support direct orders when enabled, manage shipping and returns, prevent misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and external links

Our hosting provider processes site traffic. When direct payments are enabled, Stripe will process checkout and payment information under its own privacy practices. A product link to Amazon opens Amazon, where Amazon handles the information you provide there under its own policies. If we later use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment for a direct order, the shipping details needed to fulfill that order may be shared with Amazon. That fulfillment connection is not currently active.

Cookies and advertising

The seller dashboard uses a necessary sign-in cookie. The current storefront does not intentionally set a Facebook/Meta Pixel or Google Ads conversion tag. If advertising measurement or optional marketing cookies are added, we will update this policy and provide any choice required by applicable law before they are used.

Retention and your choices

We keep messages and order records only as long as needed for support, business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of information about you by writing to nasirpkzon@gmail.com; we will respond according to applicable law. You may also use your browser controls for cookies. Requests about data provided to Amazon or Stripe directly should be sent to them as well.

International processing and updates

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We may update this policy as the store and its services change; the effective date above will change when we do.
